2. The Vnseen Newsletter

Fees and Billing: Subscriptions to the Founders Journey newsletter are billed at €100 per month. Payments are processed securely via our third-party provider, Paddle. All subscription sales are final.

No Refunds: All subscription sales are final. Because our digital content, narratives, and insights are delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any partial months or cancelled subscriptions under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

Intellectual Property Rights: The content, narratives, and insights distributed via the Founders Journey newsletter are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider. You may not republish, distribute, modify, or white-label this content without express written consent. Unauthorised use or copying of our work is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your subscription and potential legal action.

No Professional Advice: The insights shared in the newsletter are for informational and narrative purposes only. They do not constitute binding engineering, cloud architecture, financial, or legal advice.

3. User Conduct & Account Security

You agree to use the Site only for lawful, legitimate purposes. You are strictly prohibited from attempting to compromise the security of the website, hacking our forms, scraping data, injecting malicious code, or interfering with system functionality.
